Category Manager

This activity allows you to more easily see all the categories that you have created for your log entries. You also have the ability to delete, edit or create new categories through this control.

Controls

1. Refresh – Re-queries the database for all categories that exist within it. If a search had been executed pressing this menu item will clear the search result.
2. Search – Checks all categories in the database for a matching title given the search criteria.
3. Order – Sorts the category entries displayed by title, lowest content, date of creation or date of modification in either ascending or descending order.
4. New – Creates a new category to associate log entries with
5. Update Selected – Allows you to edit the title of the selected category.

Other functions can be accessed by holding your pointer on an entry. Once in highlight mode you can revert back to the previous mode by either repeating the operation, pressing your device’s back button, performing a delete operation or by holding your pointer on an entry.

1. Invert Selection – Highlights all entries in the list that are not highlighted and un-highlights all entries that are highlighted.
2. Delete Selected – Deletes all highlighted compass profiles from the application’s database.
